Welcome, I'm Milad Younes, I started working out when I was 10 years old, I became a bodybuilder at age 18. In 1993 I was training clients in fitness and health at different Los Angeles gyms. In 2005 I founded Milad's Beach Body Fitness in Hawthorne, CA since then I been helping people getting in shape.
